Usage :
Abstract
This dataset contains the ASV table of the bacterial and archaeal communities of all samples taken along the Nansen Legacy transect. These datasets were used for two studies – Thiele et al., 2023a/b. The sequence data can be found in the European Nucleotide Archive under the project numbers PRJEB57296 and PRJEB57292.
