Marine CO2 system data (total alkalinity, and total dissolved inorganic carbon) and nutrients were collected from full water column at the Arendal coastal station (VT5) in the Skagerrak. Monthly sampling was performed on board RV GM Dannevig and by small boat (1st of July). The monthly sampling started in year 2015. This study is a contribution to the project Monitoring ocean acidification in Norwegian waters/Havforsuringsovervåking i norske farvann” funded by the Norwegian Environment Agency (Miljødirektoratet) project# 17078007.
