Abstract
This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Joint Cruise 2-1' cruise (2021708). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station P3 (NLEG07) taken on 2021-07-17T12:44:42.607Z at 78.7500037°N and 34.0000635833333°E.
