Abstract
This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Joint Cruise 2-1' cruise (2021708). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station P5 (NLEG13) taken on 2021-07-19T06:59:52.092Z at 80.5015883166667°N and 33.9964128333333°E.
