Abstract
This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Joint Cruise 2-1' cruise (2021708). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station P7 (NLEG25) taken on 2021-07-24T14:30:11.584Z at 81.9816380333333°N and 29.9783854°E.
