Abstract
This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Joint Cruise 2-1' cruise (2021708). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station NLEG14 taken on 2021-07-21T02:47:07.734Z at 81.0012762833333°N and 33.9755295666667°E.
