Abstract
This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Joint Cruise 2-1' cruise (2021708). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station NLEG06 taken on 2021-07-16T22:05:36.467Z at 78.4993521333333°N and 33.9961429833333°E.
