MOTU (Molecular operational taxonomic unit) table and raw zooplankton count data accompanying the publication Ershova E.A., Wangensteen O.S. and Falkenhaug T. (2022) Mock samples resolve biases in diversity estimates and quantitative interpretation of zooplankton metabarcoding data. Marine Biodiversity.
